Lara Compte (Barcelona, 1987) holds a master’s in Gastronomic Communication and Journalism from the Basque Culinary Center and a degree in Art History. She works at TheFork as an advisor to the Michelin Guide and teaches at the Hofmann Hospitality School. Her focus is on the transformative power of food, with a humanistic approach to gastronomy.
